  • Daily Checks  Have you carried out the daily checks on the equipment as required by EIS7?
    Yes, all our equipment is checked on return from hire and then again before the next event. As a final filter all equipment is installed, set up and finally checked by our trained installation team.
  • Professional Associations  Are you a member of a relevant association (AIMODS, NAIH or BIHA)?
    Yes. We are members of BIHA.
  • Inspection  When was the equipment last fully inspected?
    Like all PIPA accredited bouncy castle operators, we have all our equipment fully inspected and tagged every year. However, we believe that our own regime of thoroughly checking everything on the way out and on the way back in, exceeds even the high standards of PIPA
  • Instructions  Will I get full instructions on it's SAFE operation?
    Yes. Our professional team is highly trained and a key part of every installation is to give instructions to users on how to have the most fun in the greatest safety.
    • Certification  Can I see the current PIPA test certificate for this equipment?
      Yes. All our PIPA certificates can be viewed on request.
    • Installation  If I set it up with the blower unit at 1.2 metres distance will it still fit on my site?
      If you have any doubts at all about what bouncy castles will fit safely and conveniently into your site, please talk it over with us. We will be happy to advise or carry out a free, pre-rental site survey, so that you know your our castle will fit the available space.
    • Safety Markings  Is the equipment clearly marked as to its limitations of use (max. user height etc.)?
      Yes. All our equipment carries the appropriate safety and limitations information.
    • Insurance  Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
      Yes. Castle Kingdom carries £1M of public liability insurance
